What is the shelf life of a Rodeo Doughnut?
Our doughnuts are best enjoyed on the day of delivery. If you need to save them, they can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days or frozen for up to one month.
Can I place a custom order for an event?
We love parties! For bulk orders or custom flavors for weddings and corporate events, please contact our catering team at least 7 days in advance through our contact form.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us a photo within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
